Sobald das gesamte Mehl eingearbeitet ist, direkt aufh\u00f6ren zu mischen, damit sich nicht zu viel Gluten bildet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt k\u00f6nnen Sie den Teig auf die gew\u00fcnschte Form verteilen. Ich habe diese Form von Mold Brothers anfertigen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backe die Kekse bei 175 Grad Celsius 10 bis 15 Minuten lang. Sie sollen eine sch\u00f6ne goldene Farbe bekommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald sie goldgelb sind, aus der Form nehmen und vollst\u00e4ndig abk\u00fchlen lassen.
