Nun etwas \u00d6l in eine Pfanne tr\u00e4ufeln und die Zwiebeln mit dem Salz glasieren. Dann wiegen Sie 90 Gramm der glasierten Zwiebeln in einem Mixer ab und geben das \u00d6l, das Eiwei\u00df, den Zucker und das Mehl dazu. P\u00fcrieren Sie dies. Nun eine Silikonform damit auslegen und bei 150 Grad Celsius 20 Minuten lang backen.
