Commencez \u00e0 fouetter \u00e0 vitesse moyenne jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit compl\u00e8tement dissous. Ajoutez progressivement le sucre par petites quantit\u00e9s, en laissant chaque portion se dissoudre avant d'ajouter la suivante.
