Vous obtenez ainsi votre m\u00e9lange de base. R\u00e9partissez ce m\u00e9lange de mani\u00e8re \u00e9gale dans deux petits mixeurs, puis colorez l'une des portions en noir \u00e0 l'aide d'encre de seiche.<\/p>\n<p>Posez un pochoir sur un Moldpat et \u00e9talez dessus une fine couche uniforme du m\u00e9lange l\u00e9ger au c\u00e9leri-rave. Retirez d\u00e9licatement le pochoir et enfournez \u00e0 120 \u00b0C pendant 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, \u00e9talez le m\u00e9lange fonc\u00e9 sur la couche blanche s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, en l'\u00e9talant bien et en retirant l'exc\u00e9dent. Remettez au four et laissez cuire encore 30 minutes \u00e0 100 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois cuit, retournez le Moldpat pour d\u00e9mouler la feuille.
