{"id":11247,"date":"2026-09-25T15:37:24","date_gmt":"2026-09-25T13:37:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moldbrothers.com\/?post_type=recipes&#038;p=11247"},"modified":"2026-09-25T15:43:20","modified_gmt":"2026-09-25T13:43:20","slug":"beurre-vegetalien","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/moldbrothers.com\/fr\/recipes\/vegan-butter\/","title":{"rendered":"Beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>225 g cocoa butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g d'huile de tournesol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 g soy milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g cashew pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 g lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 g lecithin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0.5 g xanthan gum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 g miso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9thode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat the cocoa butter to approximately 45\u00b0C, then add the sunflower oil and mix until fully combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a separate container, combine the soy milk, cashew pur\u00e9e, lemon juice, lecithin, xanthan gum, and miso. Blend until completely smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slowly add the warm cocoa butter and sunflower oil mixture while continuously blending. Add the fat little by little to create a smooth and stable emulsion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer the vegan butter into the desired molds and allow it to cool until firm.
