Faire chauffer l'huile de friture \u00e0 160\u00b0C et y plonger le moule \u00e0 tarte pour le faire chauffer \u00e9galement. Une fois que le tampon et l'huile sont chauds, trempez d\u00e9licatement le tampon dans la p\u00e2te. Maintenez-le au-dessus de l'huile chaude pendant quelques minutes pour que la p\u00e2te s\u00e8che \u00e0 l'air.
