Verwarm zachtjes terwijl je klopt tot het glad en volledig gecombineerd is.\n\nPasseer het mengsel indien nodig door een fijne zeef, meng de gelatine erdoor en doe het over in een bakje.\n\nLaat een paar uur opstijven in de koelkast tot het volledig afgekoeld en stevig is.\n\nKlop langzaam op tot zich zachte pieken vormen.
