Verhit de frituurolie tot 160\u00b0C en dompel de taartstempel erin om hem ook te verhitten. Zodra zowel de stempel als de olie heet zijn, doop je de stempel voorzichtig in het beslag. Houd de stempel een paar minuten boven de hete olie om het beslag aan de lucht te laten drogen.
