6 grammisale
100 grammialbume d'uovo
50 grammiparmesan cheese
100 grammiburro fuso

Mix all dry ingredients and give them a mix. Add the egg white, cheese and melted butter. Whisk until a smooth batter forms. Let the batter rest overnight. Spread the batter into the mold and bake it for 15 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
