How do I know if my order or request has been received?

After a successful order or request, you will always receive an order confirmation. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Wo kann ich meine Rechnung finden?

Where is MoldBrothers located?

MoldBrothers is located in Wijchen, the Netherlands. But no worries, we can be all around the world, if needed!

Where are MoldBrothers’ products produced?

All of our products are designed and produced in the Netherlands.

What does MoldBrothers do?

MoldBrothers is a creative food design studio with the capacity to produce at scale. We create custom designs upon request and produce and sell products via our webshop.

Do I receive a recipe with the mold?

Sometimes, yes. We collaborated with, for example Alex Dilling** and Ron McKinlay, to create molds. When you order these molds, you get their recipe with your order.

How do I maintain and clean my mold?

Silicon molds and Buñuelos / Pie Tees are dishwasher safe. For our cutters, wooden and other 3D-printed products, we recommend hand washing only.

How can I preserve my tuilles?

For our TestKitchen we always put them in an airtight container together with kitchen paper and a moisture absorber like silica gel packets. This way they last a few days.

Wie lange ist die Lieferzeit für ein individuelles Produkt?

Die Lieferzeit für ein individuelles Produkt hängt immer von den Spezifikationen, der Größe und dem gewünschten Termin für das gewünschte Produkt ab. Nach Erhalt eines Angebots und nach erfolgter Zahlung beginnen wir mit dem Produktionsprozess. Wir halten Sie während des Produktionsprozesses stets auf dem Laufenden. Sobald wir das Paket versenden, sind die Lieferzeiten wie folgt:

- NL/BE (1-3 Arbeitstage)

- Europa (3-5 Arbeitstage)

- Weltweit (4-10 Arbeitstage)

How many molds can I order?

We have no maximum. Our production capacity goes from single prototypes to production at large scale.

What does MoldBrothers charge for their design process?

We offer a free first design once we’ve received all the necessary information about the project. The design comes together with a tailored quote for the rest of the project.

Do I receive a recipe with the mold?

We regularly share exclusive recipes on our website and socials, and in some cases, you receive a recipe with your order. For example, when you purchase our collaboration products with chefs like Alex Dilling** or Ron McKinlay, their signature recipe is included with your mold.

Does MoldBrothers ship internationally?

Yes, we ship with FedEx. When we ship your order, you’ll receive a track and trace so you will know when your molds arrive.

What materials does MoldBrothers use?

We use food-safe and professional-grade silicone, 3D-printed materials and aluminum for our molds, shapers and cutting tools. For our presentable, we use high-quality oak wood.

What is a tuille?

A tuille is a thin crisp used to create texture in both sweet and savory dishes. At MoldBrothers, we have several tuille molds and recipes available.

Which collaborations does MoldBrothers have?

We work together with a lot of chefs. Not only for product development, but also to explore new techniques and recieps. We collaborate with, for example, Alex Dilling, Ron McKinlay, JulesCooking and of course our TestKitchen Chef Mike Cornelissen.

Who are MoldBrothers molds made for?
