Almond Tuille

60 gramsegg white
50 gramscane sugar
30 gramsflour
60 gramsalmond powder
10 gramsbutter
2 gramssalt

Mix the egg white with the cane sugar, the flour, the almond powder, the butter and the salt. Blend this till smooth. Once it’s smooth transfer it on the tuille mold and spread it using a pallet knife. Then bake it at 150 degrees Celsius for around 15 to 20 minutes till golden brown. Now when still hot directly remove them from the mold to prevent the tuilles from breaking.

A high-quality silicone mold with the shape of a circular pattern from a piped cream. The mold is 100% food grade silicone.

The mold can withstand a temperature between -40 °C and +200 °C. The mold is therefore suitable for both the (shock) freezer and the oven.

The stencil is not dishwasher safe. We recommend rinsing the stencil with lukewarm water (40°C) without using any cleaning agents.
