Yes, MoldBrothers ships worldwide (excluding Russia and China). For international shipping, the following delivery times usually apply:
• NL/BE (1-3 working days)
• Europe (3-5 working days)
• Worldwide (4-10 working days)
Please note that these are delivery times excluding production time. These shipping times apply from the moment you receive a track & trace number from us by email. We produce our products on demand, and in case of a high number of orders in a short period of time, production time may take longer.
After a successful order, you will always receive an order confirmation and invoice by email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to our portal to view your orders. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

The delivery time for a custom product always depends on the specifications, size, and desired deadline for the requested product. After receiving a quote, and once payment has been made, we start the production process. We will keep you informed at all times during the production process. Once we ship the package, the delivery times are as follows:
• NL/BE (1-3 working days)
• Europe (3-5 working days)
• Worldwide (4-10 working days)
In the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, orders are shipped with PostNL. For the rest of the world, we ship with DHL Express.
